Week 2 Saturday, November 03, 2007 2.5 11.8   30-35 minutes working out 5 min before and after 200.5 This was a fairly quick 2.5 mile run and felt good. I was dead by the time I finished lifting.

Flat bench Dumbbell (2 sets of 12 and 12 using 27.5 and 30 lbs). Shoulder press (DB) 2*12 reps using 25lb weights, Upright cable rows 2*12 using 70 and 80lbs, Shrugs (DB) Reps of 15 & 12 using 40lbs.
